Project Description

Alameriah company for investment cooperated with Alinma Bank, Abnia Consulting Engineers, and SANY Group (which is one of the biggest Chinese companies around the world) to construct housing units for the beneficiaries of the ministry of housing on public and private lands in Riyadh, Dammam, Jeddah, and Mecca.

   The project aims to:

  • Plan, design, and sell according to the plan of integrated housing districts, which meet an important part of the housing needs in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

  • These projects contribute in achieving the Vision 2030 to allow the Saudi citizens to have his own house pursuant to the instructions of the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques (May Allah bless him), his majesty heir apparent, and his majesty heir of heir apparent (May Allah bless them).
